Chilly Capsicum Chicken Fry Recipe

Hello everyone!

I am back with a spicy non veg fry recipe after a long time. I was busy with my board exams and hence I couldn't spare time for blogging. I was quite busy with my other blog as well.

Today, I am going to share my capsicum and chilly dry chicken fry recipe with you. This is of course my very own recipe and it turned out very well when I tried it today.

Cooking time : 30 minutes; Serves : 2

Chicken Fry in A Different Method

Ingredients:
- Chicken, 250 gm
- Green Capsicum, 1 no.
- Chilly powder, Required
- Pepper powder, 2 pinches
- Salt, Required
- Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder, a pinch
- Chilly sauce, 2 tsp
- Soy sauce, 1 tsp
- Olive oil or Refined cooking oil

Recipe:

1. Cut the chicken into small cubes. You can also use boneless chicken for this recipe. Wash chicken in turmeric water and drain out.

2. Add ginger garlic paste, required salt and required chilly powder to the chicken. (I used 1 full teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder)

3. Now add the soy sauce and chilly sauce to the chicken, after you have added the above mentioned ingredients. Mix well and marinate the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes. The chilly sauce and soy sauce will bring a nice Indo-Chinese flavor to the chicken! Even if you don't have soy sauce, don't skip the chilly sauce. It is one of the main ingredients of this recipe.

4. After marination, add 2 tablespoon of olive oil to the frying pan and allow it to heat. Add the marinated chicken to the frying pan and saute for 5 minutes in medium-high flame.

5. Now close the pan with the lid and simmer the stove. Allow the chicken to cook for 10 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, chop the fresh green capsicum thinly and mince the coriander leaves.

7. After 10 minutes, open the pan and toss in the capsicum. Sprinkle 2 pinches of pepper powder.

8. Quickly raise the flame now. Saute the chicken and capsicum in medium-high heat for 3 more minutes and turn off the stove. Make sure to turn of the stove before the color of the capsicum fades.

9. Your spicy, delicious capsicum and chilly flavored chicken is ready!

10. Serve hot with fresh minced coriander leaves. If you wish, you can sprinkle some spring onion too!

Indo-Chinese Chicken Fry Recipe

I love eating it with rice! :) It goes well with all rice dishes (Including fried rice).

The main trick of this capsicum chicken fry recipe is that you should not cook it for more than 3 minutes after adding the capsicum to it. The capsicum should be half-cooked and half-crispy. Chicken will catch the capsicum flavor and deliver a yummy capsicum-chicken aroma! Hope you like this different chicken fry recipe. So how do you cook chicken fry in a different method?
